He has us all figured out

Ben was teasing Timothy about something in the car and this is the conversation that followed.

T: You're just teasing Dad!
B: Tease?! I NEVER tease, I'm the most serious person you know!
T: Uh, uh...that's mom.

BUT, later that day:

T: No, Dad, if you want the truth you have to ask Mom.

I'll take being the most serious person he knows if it means I have a monopoly on the truth!

Preschool Graduation

Timothy was in fabulous preschool this year and learned so much! I have more to post about what he did throughout the year, but here are the pictures from his graduation in May.Getting ready and waiting for everyone to arrive. From left to right: Harrison, Havanah, Axel, Carter (with Miss Hanah), Londyn, Sawyer, and Timothy

Singing his favorite preschool song: "Funny Colored Monsters"
Doesn't he look grown up?! I just know he'll be in his next cap and gown in the blink of an eye!~

Coconut!

Earlier this summer Timothy was asking me what a real coconut looked like. I told him I'd have to show him one from the store. Later that week, we got a coconut in our Bountiful Baskets order. Boy did we have fun!Dad got the drill out so we could try the milk.

They both tried it, but weren't crazy about it. We found out later that you have to have a really young coconut for the milk to be sweet.

Smashing it out on the driveway was by far the best part!
They both really liked it...especially when we dipped it in sugar or chocolate sauce!

New and Improved!

Ta da!! Our new and improved blog is up! I certainly hope I do a better job of keeping this updated than I have for the past year. My plan is to start from right now and, over time, throw in a few "flashback" posts to catch everyone up and document what has happened for our family.
For starters...here are a few pictures from our recent trip to Montana and Idaho!Kassie's first fish! She was really excited while reeling it in..not so much when it was up close!Timothy's first fish! He loved the whole experience of fishing...this kid was born to be near the water. Notice that Dad helped them both land their first fish!Thomas with his namesake at the condo in Island Park.

More coming soon....it's been a busy summer!
